Art 50 EUV Card Feedback

We are trying to help ensure that British Citizens are given a prompt, friendly and competent service when applying for their Art 50 EUVAufenthaltstitel "Artikel 50 EUV" The Aufenthaltstitel "Art 50 EUV" is a residency title to be issued to British citizens from the end of the transition period. Its name is derived from Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union. The "Titel" refers to the document or card itself, and not the right, or permission that it confirms. card, irrespective of where in Austria they are applying for. Since the process consists of:

  1. the application for the card, and
  2. the outcome of post-appointment processing,

    we have two separate feedback forms.

  • your appointment with your local registration authority,
  • including appointment satisfaction,
  • and fees charged (as applicable).

Please use this form to provide feedback about the subsequent outcome, namely:

  • card being delivered,
  • requests for further information,
  • rejection of application,
  • additional fees being charged after the appointment.

Addendum – 13 April 2021

In light of a number of people not having received their cards despite appointments over 90 days prior to the current date, we have escalated the issue to the BMIBundesministerium für Inneres The Bundesministerium für Inneres (BMI) / Ministry for the Interior (UK counterparty: the Home Office) is competent for public security, policing, border control as well as residency and citizenships. It is also responsible for elections and direct democracy instruments as well as the civil service in the respective provinces, as well as municipal level where they are not covered by the Federal Chancellery., and are collecting information about those affected, in order to try to help expedite the situation.
