Its name is derived from Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union. The "Titel" refers to the document or card itself, and not the right, or permission that it confirms. card, irrespective of where in Austria they are applying for. Since the process consists of 1) the application for the card, and 2) the issuing of the card after post-appointment processing, we have two separate feedback forms.
