It is well worth you checking your UK National State Pension Forecast even if you don’t live in the UK, and where appropriate to make additional voluntary contributions.
There are some important deadlines for those with gaps in UK National Contributions. Usually you can on only make up gaps in the last 6 years.
However, under certain circumstances, until 5 April 2025 you are still able to pay voluntary contributions to make up for gaps between tax years April 2006 and April 2016. Further details here.
