    Hi Michael, yes I already state the Geschäftszahl… So, this afternoon I just send a message to a lawyer, who deals with immigration issues. Luckily I have a Rechtsschutz-Versicherung, which I am now going to make use of!I’ll let everyone know, whether this helps! Apparently the Säumnisbeschwerde does wake them up over at MA35. Fingers and toes crossed !
