    Hi there,
    I am an Australian citizen and working / living in Leoben Steiermark. In the web-link below it cites that there is no permission required for third country nationals in Graz…). I have seen this in the threads above. Does this only apply to Graz? Or does it apply to the entire Steiermark Region (including Leoben for example). Also who do I email? To find out? If anyone has experience in buying a property in Steiermark as a 3CN pleaes can you give me some tips.
