Thank you. The embassy in London is refusing to provide me with an appointment and saying I need to apply for residency despite the Niederlassungs- und Aufenthaltsgesetz and Fremdenpolizei both stating I need to apply for the visa D in London and not residency as I will be not be in Austria over 180 days. Really not sure what to do now
