We have had our article 50 application rejected for no good reason. We qualified and had all the relevant documents. The BH seem to be taking a judgement view on wether they believe we should have residence status ( based on centre of life) rather than allowing us to carry on running a business that we have done for 10 years. HAs anyone found a decent lawyer – preferably in the Tirol that actually understands Article 50?

Any recommendation for legal assistance in Tirol might depend on where you are (e.g. if you are close to the Arlberg end someone from the Kitzbühel end might not be a lot of use).
