Lin – presume you are in Vienna – there are a lot of people asking similar. Current feedback about appointments is outnumbering feedback about post-appointments (eg. cards received) by about 5:1. I am receiving about 10-15 mails and messages a day from people in a similar boat – the appointment is only part of the process – and from the accounts of people asked to provide extra documentation it appears that MA35 Referat 5.2 is also using capacity from other Referate to overcome the backlog. Any enquiry you choose to make (and I would hold off for a while still) should be by mail to the Referat – with the Geschäftszahl of your procedure, otherwise your enquiry will only add to the bottleneck as it will not be able to be allocated to a file…
