Hi there,
I have lived in Austria for more than 5 years and have proof of employment and consistent residence. I have an Article 50 card valid for 5 years issued in 2021. I would like to apply for the 10 year card but am getting a lot of conflicting information about where i should apply and which application form to use. I live in the 20 Bezirk in Vienna.
Any information or advice would be really appreciated.

Think this has been answered in the British in Europe~Austria Facebook Group. Essentially you use the Article 50 forms and tick box 32. But in Vienna the Referat 5.2 has closed, so you go elsewhere:
