Just be aware that UK based Financial Services are not covered by the Withdrawal Agreement and we are currently in a bit of a limbo land.

Some people have already started reporting on Facebook that some insurers will no longer renew policies on UK based rental properties when owner lives overseas.

Can I suggest that if anyone has issues with UK based Insurance Companies not providing services to EU residents, please contact the FCA to raise the profile of the issue (consumer.queries@fca.org.uk)
