I had a search around the Facebook forums yesterday and the only ones I could see mentioned were Care Concept, Generali and SVS/SVA.
I’m currently checking the Cigna policies with the authorities, BDAE also looks promising (https://www.bdae.com/en/private-clients/product-finder)
